We want to make our costs clear so you understand the payments required and rebates available to you.

The key information regarding payments:

  • We’re sorry but we are not a bulk billing practice
  • Cost per session is $195 – this is paid upfront, at least 2 days prior to your session.
  • If you are eligible for medicare rebates you will claim the rebate through Medicare who will pay the rebate directly to you
  • Medicare rebates will reduce this session cost significantly however, an out of pocket gap will remain
  • Medicare rebates are not available for couples sessions but can be claimed for any individual sessions
  • You can access medicare rebates when working with Chris but not with Sasha

PLEASE BE AWARE: there are cancellation fees for cancelling appointments without 72 hours notice and for not attending appointments – we’re sorry to have to charge these fees but we are a small practice and cancellations have a significant impact

We are aware that when you are in need, payment and costs can be the last thing you want to consider.

Please feel free to talk to us about options for payment and we will try to provide the best information for your circumstances.

All payments are accepted by direct bank transfer. Payment per session is in advance – two days prior
to your booked session.

You can also pay online by credit card via the above link ‘Make a payment online’. We can also accept in person payments via Square if discussed in advance. There is a small surcharge for payment via credit card.

Please be aware:

  • Cancellations made with over 48hrs notice are accepted.
  • Cancellations within 48hrs will be charged at full fee.
  • Cancellations made on the day or non-attendance of appointments are also charged at full fee.

We are sorry to have to charge these fees but we are a small business and late cancellations have a significant impact.
